Fitness

Health should be one of the major focuses of our life; and a major part of health is fitness.

My interpretation of fitness is to be able to exert stress on the body with little consequence. For example, someone who is able to run 5 kms without losing their breath would be considered quite fit. If we work on our fitness, we will be able live a longer and more fulfilled life without having to worry about as many issues as we begin to age. We will also enjoy each moment to the fullest without worrying as much about our health.

Health First = Fitness first.
