These three E’s are essential aspects of life and also areas I would say I am relatively lacking. When I am with others I can often be a bit scared to show my true self and hence am unable to maintain high energy. In order to increase my baseline energy I must build a healthy foundation.
Energy is also tied with enthusiasm which is important in all forms of interaction as they form the basis of your impression on others. In order to succeed in being enthusiastic is to do things that you enjoy doing and always finding pleasure in the mundane.
Finally, empathy forms the basis of deeper connections. In order to build genuine relationships, one must be able to empathise with others.
Energy, enthusiasm and empathy are essential on a path to a fulfilled existence.
