“Sleep is for the weak” is one of the most overrated sayings in the history of crude sayings.

High quality, consistent sleep is the most important part of our lives as human beings and that should not be understated. Humans should be sleeping and waking at a similar time every night. Consistency in such a major aspect of life a can lead to less stress in other areas.
